If I could I would give 5 stars out of 5. No I’d give it 6 stars out of 5. We have never stayed in a place anywhere else in the world where the photos didn’t do the villa justice. Normally when you arrive at your accommodation there is varying degrees of disappointment as what the photos looked like on the website and what is reality on arrival. Villa Novaku exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have been happier and loved every minute of our 15 nights there. It was great to have this gorgeous, peaceful oasis to go back to when the hustle and bustle and intenseness of Seminyak got too much. Your staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. In particular we would love you to pass on our sincere thanks to Bella & Iluh who were a delight and cooked us the most sensational breakfasts every morning. Made & Ketut for their cheery welcomes every morning and every night. And also the lovely Wayan. We will definitely back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your Villa to friends and family.

Would just like to thank you for a wonderful and memorable week in Bali, staying at Villa Novaku for 5 nights and the 1 night at Villa Maju…..WOW!!!!! 
The villas were amazing and once again the staff were fabulous. A special mention to Bella,Ketut,Walan,Agus and not to forget the ever helpful Wayan and Kommang. What a wonderful team you have put together.

Just would like to send you some feedback regarding my recent stay at Novaku Villa (3rd March to 8th March 2017).
Once again your staff are outstanding and are a pleasure to be around. I think this is a big part of why we wanted to stay there and not at a hotel. My family had a family gathering in April 2016 and we stayed with my brother at a villa close by, which was great, and my sister (Amanda) stayed at Novaku close by, due to being on her own with four young boys. At that time, Bella & Iluah were the 2 main staff members who looked after my sister and her 4 boys, and we knew they we safe 2 doors down from us.
So when us sisters decided to go on a girls week away in Bali, our choice was Villa Novaku, due to previous visit and excellent service. It is hard to describe your staff, they are so friendly and nothing is a problem. From Wayan, Agus, Bella, Iluah and the gardener, and not to forget the great security guards they do a fantastic job. Something I would like to share with you is when we had to say Good-bye on the Wednesday Amanda and myself cried saying goodbye to Bella and Iluah, they always make us feel so welcome and they are like our Bali family.
I just thought it is always great to get feedback on your guests stays – You staff are fantastic.

How are you?
Our flight was an hour late arriving due to one of the guests decided to get off the plane before leaving Melbourne and we had to wait whilst they unloaded their bags. However he was there for us when we arrived?
Well, what can I say, The staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! Wayan was wonderful with the kids, and spent so much time explaining things to us, it was a pleasure to have him as a driver!!
Bella & Illuah ( I hope that’s how you spell it) were just amazing!! They were so lovely and there when we needed them, but didn’t ever seem to be “in the way.” The kids LOVED being on the bikes as well, only quick trips to the beach but awesome!! Even the security guard was very friendly.
Villa Novaku was just awesome, we were so comfortable there and absolutely loved the central location, it was truly a wonderful holiday!!
Wayan has also showed us the 3 remaining villas and we were very lucky to spend our last day at Villa Maju, which was stunning!!
I cannot wait to return to Bali next year, and hoping to get together a group of us and stay once again at one of your villas.
Thank you, thank you for a wonderful holiday, it’s certainly one we will never forget and I feel so blessed to have spent it with my 2 wonderful (adult) children.

Fantastic stay- lovely staff, family friendly, great privacy for multiple families, yummy breakfasts.
Great location: close to Legian and lots of resteraunts nearby.
Nothing was too much for the butlers.
Security all night.
Wish we stayed longer!

Definitely our family would recommend Villa Novaku to you if you are contemplating staying in a Villa while in Bali – their friendly staff collected us from the airport and were always on hand for as much or as little as we needed. They were wonderful orientating on our first day, managing bookings for us for restaurants or day trips out. The Villa is well appointed and suited our family well. The teens loved having their own space and the pool was fantastic – being able to dip just to cool off was a real bonus. The Villa is just off Seminyak Rd and we found this extremely handy. We always felt safe and well looked after. Don’t think twice about booking here!

My partner and I had never been to Bali before, and like many had heard plenty of horror stories with service, quality of food and accommodation. Nothing could be further from the truth with Novaku. From the moment we arrived at the airport everything went as smoothly as possible. Wayan, Tini and Rai (unsure if the spelling is correct) were wonderful. Although we aren’t used to that level of service or attention, nothing was too great a job for anyone, by our third restaurant booking through the villa we realised it was either luck was on our side or Tini and Rai had been not only booking our restaurants but ensuring we had the best seat in the house. Breakfast was on time and delicious every morning, and everyone we encountered at the villa (pool staff, security, drivers etc) were all smiling and wonderful to be around. We looked at a number of places in Seminyak and although we paid for a two bedroom villa, we would do it all over again!

Villa Novaku is perfect for a small group or for two couples. It is tastefully furnished with a wealth of gorgeous ornaments, fixtures and fittings. Your needs are catered for by the lovely staff with someone there from 7am till 9pm, then there is security for the rest of the night. The staff are very friendly, speak great English and are able to help with suggestions for restaurants, shopping and will organise transport and bookings for you for any activities you decide on.
All you need to do is settle in and relax, it is perfect, i would not stay anywhere else and could not recommend the Juragan Villas more highly. It is a credit to Mary who has the perfect team, it feels like you are with family. Congratulations to all involved.
